When you’re faced with the decision of draft vs bottle what do you normally decide? It’s no surprise that consumers normally prefer draft beer. Beer tapped from a keg just tastes much more fresh. We recently came up with a concept that would give beer sellers the ability to offer their patrons freshly tapped beer in growlers via a beer growler filling station. We are currently in the development stages of this full service beer growler station concept, but this is how we envision the BeerMama experience:
The BeerMama Experience For Beer Retailers:
Provide sales floor space and electrical: beer retailers will have to provide about 15 square feet of floor space for the station.
Add SKUs to POS: in order to charge customers for the beer they purchase a select amount of BeerMama growler SKUs (between 8 and 10) will be added to the beer retailers POS (point of sales or cash register).
Assist in beer selection: The BeerMama team loves beer, so we will take care of selecting brews (new ones along with some classics) to offer in your store! You are more than welcome to help in the selection process.
Record & report inventories: Because BeerMama will not always be at the store, we will need help from the beer retailers to record current keg levels and growler inventory so we can keep your station maintained and fully stocked.
What BeerMama Will Handle:
Installation: The BeerMama team will take care of installing your beer growler filling station at no cost to you. We will also provide growler inventory.
Maintenance: We'll order and deliver your kegs, provide appropriate signage, stock growlers and maintain beer supply.
Draft line hygiene: Leave it to us to make sure the draft lines in your station are cleaned regular and parts are serviced.
See how BeerMama would enhance the experience for your customers.
What does it cost?
Your BeerMama beer growler filling station will be installed and serviced at minimal cost. The service will work on a revenue share basis, so all revenues made from selling the BeerMama growlers will be split between BeerMama and the beer retailer. That way you can focus on giving your customers the service they want and avoid all of the
challenges.
